Wool shawl with large black center panel; embroidered around edge with alternating pink and blue 3 pointed leaves; two borders - top border paisley - pink, green, yellow gold, brown, red, blue green with repeating design of pointed arch with fan like design filling space; bottom border solid block colored fabric sewn together and then embroidered with colored thread; multiple colored fringe on all four sides; two borders inverted on each side; shawl meant to be worn as a triangle
