Description
Pair of military spats. Body of spat greenish/brown wool with cotton tape on underside of each end where buttons and button holes meet. Button holes are secured with cotton thread. Four plastic buttons, 1/2" in diameter, on each spat. Leather strap attached to two sides. Hangs underneath body of spat. Metal buckle on leather strap.
