Black ink and watercolor drawing of West Street in Litchfield. Drawn and painted from a photograph of the scene taken in February 1996. Depicts the Phelps Block building with the County Seat and the Hayseed, and the Bishop's Block with Barnidge and McEnroe and the Workshop, Inc. Image shows melting snow, cars and people walking along the street. Taken from the Green. Signed on the right, "Jeffrey B. Colburn" Framed under plexi with mat board and simple metal frame.
