Description
Pewter inkstand, rests on bun feet, box with central hinge across top. One side without dividers for storing quills and pens, the other side divided in three parts: inkwell and sander, either sides of empty center compartment.

Owned in the Woodruff family, two generations of Woodruff lawyers attended the Litchfield Law School.
