Small banner with Rotary club log and a picture of the Tapping Reeve House and Law School. Multicolored. Text "Rotary Club/The First Law School 1784/Tapping Reeve House 1775/A National Historic Town/Litchfield - Connecticut/USA" Banner has 1" gold fringe along base, which tapers to a point. Banner suspended from a 10 1/4" wooden dowl with gold painted carved tips. A gold braided string with tassels is fastened to this dowel.
