Description
Brown silk A-line girl's dress. Princess seams front and back. Long sleeves with knife pleated cuffs. Knife pleats at hem. Pocket with bow at right side. Brown velvet trim at hips and back hem. Covered metal buttons with dark brown silk down center back with bow. Brown glazed cotton lining. Piping at round neckline and at armscye.
Comment
Would have been worn with a lace collar and stiffened petticoat to simulate a bustle in back.
