Printed in three arms of cross "AMAT" "Victoria" and "Duram" Two bars attached by chain above cross. Top bar reads "Five Years" bottom bar reads "Seven Years" Backed with blue and gold ribbon. B: box - cardboard covered with glossy light blue paper. Printed on front "C.B. Wilkinson/Manufacturing Jeweler/No. 42 John Street/New York" Box has hinged lid. Interior lined with red silk
