Description
Silver Beaver Award from Boy Scouts of America, awarded to Robert H. Boyd. A - Silver Beaver Award and ribbon. Small, silver-colored metal figure in the shape of a beaver, attached to neck-length ribbon. Ribbon is two-toned, with a white stripe running between light blue stripes. Beaver is 1.25" long and 0.75" high; ribbon is 1.375" wide and 15" long. B - Box for Silver Beaver Award. White, pinstriped cardboard box with blue velvet insert. Rectangular box, hinged lid. 3" wide x 5" long x 1.125" high. C - Pamphlet, "How to Wear Scouting's Distinguished Service Awards," published by Boy Scouts of America. Six-page pamphlet that diagrams how to wear the award at different occasions.
