Description
Brown leather tri-fold wallet. Two interior pockets. Pair of leather flaps over upper pocket, decorated with embossed flower baskets. Blank book of paper attached to wallet with string. Wallet decorated with repeated leather tooled design. Front of wallet has South Carolina seal on left and right side "S. Carolina Animis Opibusque Parati" translated - Prepared in mind and resources. Then "Sum Spiro Spero Spes" translated - white I breath, I hope. Trumpeting angle embossed above seal. Leather strap to fasten wallet closed.
