All white cotton chemise; flared body with plain hem; front opening; shoulder band with floral embroidery band and scalloped edges around back and over shoulder; plain across front with white glass buttons; cap sleeves with same decoration; from eacah shoulder is attached a false front panel with embroidered band at top vertical tucked band at outside and double edge button over panel of embroidery of right side with horizontal bands of tucking alternating with gathered vertical panels; hand embroidered; "Addie W. Stevens" under right arm
