G.A.R. 50th anniversary of Manassas pin. Large round pin with an ivory satin ribbon gathered into the back. Gold printing on ribbon: "(image of dove behind laurel branch) / "THE BLUE AND THE GREY" / "LET US HAVE PEACE" - GRANT / "DUTY THE SUBLIMEST WORD OF HUMAN LANGUAGE" - LEE / MANASSAS / VIRGINIA. / JULY 21, 1911." Printing on pin: "FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST BATTLE / NATION\L JUBILEE OF PEACE." with two American flags, a Confederate flag and an unknown flag. Printed paper label behind pin.
