Cornelian stone set in a gold watch fob. Fob has gadrooned gold backing with complex squared shank and loop having a twisted gold split ring. The cornelian is carved with an incised design of a running fox and the words "Tally Ho"

This seal belonged to John Tallmadge (1757-1823) of Warren, CT. He was the brother of Benjamin Tallmadge
