Man's brown wool fedora style hat. Double seam line around brim. Brown grosgrain ribbon around circumference of hat with flat bow on one side. Leather band on interior of hat. Maker's label stamped in gold "Lock & Co./Hatters/St. James Street/London" on leather band and inside top of hat.
