Description
Skuttle shaped picture hat of basket woven straw with band of split balsa wood ending n bows in back and front. The ends of bow in back are brought back over the crown and some ends are frayed to form feather like loops. Edge of brim is made up of crimped and perforated ends of balsa wood strips.
