Navy blue, double breasted jacket with brass buttons with CT seal; lapel is buttoned open; collar is small - stand up; epaulettes have been removed; sleeves have three small CT buttons along seam and two vertical parallel bands of gold braid, each anchored with a small button; lining of green silk quilted front and sides; no external pockets; one interior breast pocket on left side; two pocket sin tails; buttons at waist and two buttons on either side of back vent
