Textile fragment taken from a mull dress. White mull fragment with finished bottom edge and blue and white silk embroidered floral designs.
Provenance
Accession record states that the dress was from the Miner family, possibly that of Phineas Miner (1777-1839), a politician and lawyer who lived in Litchfield beginning in 1816 and attended the Litchfield Law School in 1796.
