Description
Oil on canvas portrait, 3/4 length, of an older man. He is standing with his right hand in his pants pocket. He has white hair, parted slightly on the left with dark heavy eyebrows, brown eyes and white handle bar moustache. He wears a black suit with vest and white shirt with a dark tie. Frame is heavily molded with strap work painted bronze.
Comment
Morris Seymour was the son of Chief Justice Seymour, the grandson of Ozias Seymour and the great grandson of Major Moses Seymour.
