Description
Sterling silver and red coral rattle or "coral and bells" coral teething ring at one end, whistle at the opposite end with a bail or door knocker style loop hook so it can be attched to a string to be tied at mother's or child's waist. Below whistle is a set of 8 bells. Overall floral scroll repousse and chased work.
