Wooden fan - flat round wooden board with sculpted edge. Thin turned rounded handle. All painted in black laquer. Front of fan has papier mache and painted design of exotic fountain with parrot on one side and colorful exotic flowers underneath. Handle has scroll design painted in gold leaf.
