Description
White marble bust of Margaretta Dotterer Perkins with her hair parted in the middle and gathered in a bun in the back, with carved ribbon holding in place - upper body draped in a toga with obal brooch at the left having Roma on it in a fancy border. Grey marble column with white base and top stand.

A brief obituary of Margaretta Dotterer Perkins is located in the Litchfield Historical Society Annual Report of the Recording Secretary, August 10, 1917 - a copy of which is bound in the book "Litchfield Historical Society Constitution and By Laws 1904 and 1914, Annual Reports 1895-1920"
