Has 14 pieces of curved oak butted together and the oak sides of two pieces are chamfered and fit into grooves on inside. It is banded with two strips of thin iron top and bottom which are riveted together. Has round block on one side piece with round hole drilled in it and plugged with cork. Belonged to Julius Deming
