Blue rectangular ribbon; two identical pieces of silk glued together. Grommet at top. Blue cotton string threaded through grommet. On front of ribbon in gold lettering "Goshen Fair Sept 3rd 1934 First Prize" On back of ribbon is a rectangular piece of cardboard attached at grommet. Tag has pre-printed form on it in black type "Awarded At" at top. Down left hand side "Name/Owner/Class" with a line following each where the appropriate information could be written in. Attached to blue ribbon is a cardboard tag (attached with string) Top of tag in black letters "Entry Tag" underneath is a preprinted form with info filled in with pencil "No. 398/Division G.21/Class/Entry Gomphorema Mixed" Name at bottom "A. Matikinus"
