Description
Award plaque presented to Margaret "Peggy" Reventlow by the State Board of Education and Services for the Blind. Shield-shaped wood backing with reddish stain. Mounted at the middle is a shield-shaped, metal nameplate in two layers, one gold and one black. Engraved in gold lettering on top (black) plate, "RAYMOND E. BALDWIN AWARD/Presented to/PEGGY REVENTLOW/by the/State Board of Education and Services for the Blind/for/Outstanding contribution to services/for blind persons/in Connecticut/September 22, 1989." Manufacturer's stamp on reverse.
