Description
A: Navy blue wool dress uniform coat. Double breasted with two rows of brass buttons with seal of CT on each. Stiff upright collar with thick band of metallic gold trim. Two brass buttons extending from tops of shoulder where epaulets would attach. Intricate metallic gold woven design on each arm near wrist. The five repeating lines signifying the rank of Colonel. B: Navy blue wool dress uniform pants. Thick gold metallic band running down exterior seam on each leg. Buttons around waist of pants to attach suspenders (possibly?) Button fly down front of pants. Label on inside of pants "Ridabock & Co./149-151 W. 36th St./New York" Written in ink on label "Col. Samuel H. Fisher."
