Square white ceramic tile with glaze, cork backing and paper metal hanger. Front design; double circle with "Two Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary/1719 Litchfield Connecticut 1969" on it. Inside circle is drawing of Tapping Reeve's Law School with said legend, view over fence from south of school through old garden without leaves on trees.
