Description
Rockers crescent w/drop ends, curved tops with beak profile, vertical brace. Single board bottom screwed to rockers. End canted out with cupid bow top, single board, sides single board slanted out with fancy handle hold, concave and cyma curved hood edge. All dovetail joining. Back keystone shape with four segment arched top. Hood front edge rounded arch, four-part top.

Cradle in which successive generations were rocked: Frederick; the children of Frederick; of his son, Charles; of his grandson, Henry; Oliver Jr., and his sisters, the donors.
