White stiff linen man's shirt; opens in back; back longer than front; made for detachable collar; front has four pleats on each side of a central band with three button holes for decorative buttons; these end at waist, below wich is gathered little flap at center waist has button hole; narrow yoke across back with gathers; sleeves end in cuffs that don't open but have button hole at front; oval stamp on front of shirt tails "Quaker City/8944/Shirt"
