Blue Red Cross jacket; single breasted; five buttons; two inset buttons on front; flaps; metal buttons grey with cross; two collar pins "A.R.C."; epaulettes with green grosgrain ribbon and buttons; circular patch on left arm "American Red Cross Service" and cross in red with white ground; no sleeve buttons or back vent; lower left sleeves has two red bars surmounted by two red inverted "V"s; label has been removed
