Gold Masonic medal. Top of medal cast to look like a log with an alligator lying on it. "GENERAL GRAND COUNCIL / R. & S.M. of U.S.A" on log. "10TH TRIENNIAL / SAVANNAH GA. / 1909" below log. A piece shaped like a trunk hangs below. Trunk decorated with Masonic symbols and Hebrew lettering. "ROBBINS CO / ATTLEBORO / MASS" stamped on back of medal. Medal pinned to a cream-colored stiff card. "The Charles M. Robbins Co. / Manufacturers of Badges and Medals / Attleboro, Mass." stamped in green at the bottom.
