Description
Etching showing the east front of the Half Timbered Stong and Stucco mansion build in High Tudor Revival Style. The east elevation shows a center block of 2.5 stories with three Dormers facing east. There is a garden entrance on the first floor. The Mansion is sited in a grove of large deciduous trees on a level lawn. These have been rendered sans foliage to emphasize the architectural importance of the building. Inscribed on back in ink "Kilravock/Brush Hill Road/Litchfield/Built 1906 for Louis H. Ripley/Etching by Philip Kappel/Donated by Louis R. Ripley/June 5, 1981" Large white mat board with simple wooden frame.
