Woman's winter petticoat of yellow wool. Yoke at waist, drawstring ties at waist, gathered and smocked below yoke at waist in back. Full skirt, fluted at bottom edge with crochet lace panel underneath. All edges and seams trimmed in yellow silk thread embriodery. Large size, short.
