Description
Rectangular armband of white cotton; edges folded over and sewn with white thread. Cross emblem at center of one side, printed in red ink. Two safety pins at right edge, for securing band on arm.
Provenance
Red Cross armband issued to Margaret Bissell (Fuessenich) who served in the Litchfield Chapter during World War II and was certified into the Motor Corps in 1942.
