Award clock presented to Art Webster by the Litchfield Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Rectangular acrylic block with triangular beveled cuts on front corners; flat back. Small circular clock face and mechanism set into acrylic. White face with black numerals and pierced black hands. Clock face under glass with brushed silver rim and back plate. Written on face, in black, "QUARTZ/JAPAN/MOVT" and on back plate, "JAPAN MOVT/STAINLESS STEEL/BACK/CHINA/CASE." Etched into acrylic, "ARTHUR B./WEBSTER/With our gratitude for your service/on the Board of Directors of/Litchfield Mutual Fire Insurance Company/STATE AUTO/Insurance Companies."

After selling Arethusa Farm sometime before 1980, Art Webster became the Connecticut agricultural inspector for the Litchfield Mutual Fire Insurance Company for almost 20 years. He later served on the company's board of directors.
