Description
Black velour hat. Round shape, similar to man's top hat but shorter. Brim, short, close to body of hat. Just above brim is leather strap which ties in bow at front of hat. No tags on inside. Hat is stamped on inside with "Genuine Velour" Worn by Mrs. O'Donnell, a long time Litchfield resident and volunteer at the Historical Society
