Description
Metal letter produced for the Litchfield Enquirer. Bronze-colored metal with flat blade and handle, in the general shape of a dagger but with a horseshoe shape attached to the hilt. Blade tapers to a point, with engraved lines following along the edges, handle is formed by engraved geometric motifs, with engraved text "THE LITCHFIELD ENQUIRER/ ESTABLISHED 1825/ LITCHFIELD, CONNECTICUT" within; horseshoe at pommel, with engraved "GOOD LUCK". No decorations on reverse side.
