Description
Rectnagular wooden plaque with pinted corners and rounded bevel edges. Made of a heavily varnished, unidentified wood. At the front center of the plaque is an 8.5 x 11 in. piece of high quality cotton paper award certificate with what look like laid and chain lines. Certificate has printed black writing with two signatures. There is a purple border edge around the writing, which is centered on the paper. See inscription for exact words, or photocopy in file. Certificate is topped with an 8.5 x 11 in. piece of plexiglass and fastened to the plaque with four decorative brass screws. The back side of the plaque has two oval hollows for hanging, one on the top and one on the side. There is also a sticker maker's label.
