Ivory silk G.A.R. golden anniversary ribbon with American flag at top with metallic ribbon at center to create a bow. Printed in gold on top on the ribbon is a three-quarter profile of Dr. B.F. Stephenson, founder of the G.A.R. The remainder of the ribbon is missing, except for a fragment "GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY." Paper sticker label on back.
