All white cotton petticoat; full drawstring waist with linen pull loop out back; plain front skirt with hem edged with linen knit lace; 14" over ruffle down front with vertical panels of knit linen lace and alternate cotton panels with tucks; deep scalloped border of geometric knit lace; back three vertically tucked panels with buttons at corner across back; bottom has drawstring beneath it; also deep double ruffle of same knit lace
