Hole punch - used on leather; top has head like a nail but misshapen and bent from repeated hammering; octagonal shaped rod extends down; thick body; large hole cut into bottom where rod widens slightly; tip of punch broken off - unsure what shape was; stamped on punch "J.E. Wood-----" and "AST. STEEL" with anchor in center"
