Description
Commemorative plate. Dark blue on white with gilt. Raised border with lobate edge. Geometric design with chain-linked circles framing the names of the eastern states. Central "WM" and the Latin, "Decus et tutamen ab illo," on the front of the plate. Back of plate reads: "Made in England for Daniel Low &c. Salem, Mass."
