White plate with molded indentation. At top center a royal blue oval of a belt with a gold buckle and script lettering: "L.F.D." (Litchfield Fire Department). Back has orange mark: "UNION/PORCELAIN/WORKS" with some undecipherable marks, and a dark green mark with lettering: "U.P.W."/undecipherable symbol.
