Pressed glass bottle, clear glass, with rounded front corners and flat back. Short neck with rounded lip. Paper label affixed to front, blue text on white, "LISTERINE/[ ]ch's Pharmacy/AARON CRUTCH/[ ] STORE, LITCHFIELD, CONN." Later label affixed to back, red text on white, "6/14/76, Gift of Don Hack, Jr. fr chas Linsley. Collection."
