Round metal button with pin and catch on reverse. Printed front with green background and white lettering, "ERA/YES."
Provenance
Button was produced for supporters of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) after it was reintroduced in Congress in 1971 and passed in 1972, though it would fall short of being ratified by the required number of states. Button was worn by donor in the 1970s.
