Charcoal drawing of a salt box house The house is set off to the left side of the drawing and obscured by trees. Outbuildings are visible on the right side and in the distance. Written on the back of the drawing "John Pierce Brace House - one of the oldest houses in Litchfield - moved from the Switzer property to the foot of West Hill to Beecher Lane by Thomas (illegible) ca. 1946."
