Watercolor on ivory portrait miniature of Elizabeth Deming (1884-1927). Head-and-shoulders portrait of a young woman wearing a dress of white lace and light blue silk with a tall lace collar and gold necklace. Woman has brown hair and brown eyes. Facing front against a background of blue, white, and beige. Portrait fades toward bottom edge. Oval portrait set in brass locket under convex glass, with loop at top.
