Description
Round bronze medal. Medal decorated on one side with an image of a shield with "US" and a quill of arrows. Above is, "THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILIZATION." To either side of the shield are listed the countries that fought Germany during WWI. On the reverse is a winged female figure holding a sword and shield. A metal ribbon loop is attached at the top.
