Description
WWI era American Red Cross poster. At top of poster is a shield-like border with ruins in background and hands descending in a pleading gesture. Printed below are the words, "All they ask/ is your/ Old Clothes/ Send everything you/ can spare to the nearest/ Red Cross Chapter or Branch/ The Clothing is for all suffering/ ALLIED Countries of Europe, including/ Poland Serbia France Montenegro/ Jugo Slavia Roumania Belgium Albania/ Czecho Slovakia Greece Italy Palestine." At bottom is printed "American Red Cross" with red medical crosses on either side.
