a) oval leather box with impressed design on cover, two clasps on front of box, hinged lid. Inside top of box lined with purple silk "SHREVE STANWOOD & CO BOSTON" printed on silk. Bottom of case lined with purple velvet. Spoon and fork (b-c) inside case. B-C) Spoon and fork - both silver, "SHREVE STANWOOD & CO" hallmark on back. Both engraved on front of handle "JCQ to MPQ"; on back of handle "July 13, 1866" Engraved on back of spoon bowl "MPQ to DQT Christmas 1904"; on back of fork under tines "to DQT"
