Description
All three pieces - collar and pair of cuffs - are white muslin triangles seperated by stripes of spotted lace with a lace ruffle around lower edge and a double ruffle around upper edge; thin metal wires have been inserted along the bottom and two sides of the lace strips to stiffen them; the muslin triangles aren't stiffened so they can poke in or out; button loops are on collar but buttons missing; double lace ruffle probably faced up under chin and towards hands
