Single shoe buckle. Oval shape with rounded body. Front of buckle has pierced design. Frame is steel with an overlay of silver. Center rod with two hinged tongues. One tongue is U shaped with two long thin prongs. Other tongue is square shape with two small prongs pointing back towards center rod
